Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to promote our courses, generate leads, and increase student enrollments. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, proactive, and passionate about sales and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential students through calls, messages, and social media.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Handle WebAarambh Academy’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Create and post engaging content to attract students.
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with the audience.
  • Student Counselling: Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Follow-ups & Conversions: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Cold Calling & Walk-ins: Engage with prospective students via calls and encourage them to visit the academy.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Assist in promotional campaigns, seminars, and workshops to attract more students.

Who Should Apply?

  • Experience in Sales, Counselling, or Telecalling (Education industry preferred).
  • Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills.
  • Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills.
  • Self-motivated, Target-Oriented, and Goal-Driven.
  • Basic Knowledge of Social Media & Digital Marketing is a Plus.
